Check in 3.30pm - 9pm (Unless the early arrival fee of £10.00 has been applied to your booking) Only applicable on our campsite.

Please note all departures after 11am will be charged a late check out fee of £10.00 (unless the late check out fee has been added to your booking.

The lighting of open fires is strictly prohibited anywhere on site. No wood to be put on barbecues.

Instant BBQ’s may be used if placed on a suitable stand to prevent burning the grass. We can provide bricks if required.

The toilets and showers are non – smoking areas.

Fire extinguishers are situated: in the shower building, and on the outside of the wooden shed at the rear of the site.

We have cats. All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, and it is your responsibility to clean up after them. No dangerous dogs permitted on site.

All waste to be put into the relevant recycling bins provided.

We have a chemical disposal point for GREEN ECO chemical ONLY.

Parents are responsible for their children at all times. No children over 12 years of age are permitted to play in the play area.

All areas of long grass are out of bounds.

No vehicle should exceed 5mph anywhere on the site. This is to ensure child safety.

No charging of electric vehicles permitted on site.

All property left on site is left entirely at your own risk. The management reserve the right to move any property, where felt necessary. Members of your party are responsible for any damage or injury caused to third parties or their property.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT GROUP BOOKINGS. Family groups only of no more than 6 adults.

No drones allowed on site without prior permission.

If the booking is cancelled less than 31 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 31 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. -
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

The site and all facilities are used entirely at the guests own risk. We will not accept any liability in respect of any person or property.

All bookings are accepted on the strict understanding that the terms and conditions have been read thoroughly and are agreeable. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the site as well as the right to evict any person and property, who in our opinion is not suitable for the site, or whose behaviour we consider to be detrimental in the interests of our other guests, without stipulating a reason. In such cases refunds will not be given.

A minimum charge of three nights will exist for all bank holidays.

A surcharge of £20.00 will be payable for any areas of burnt grass from BBQ's and if any rubbish is left on your pitch.

We do not give any refunds for inclement weather. No refunds within 31 days of arrival.

Our gardens and yard around the farmhouse are private areas. Please be respectful of our privacy.

All day visitors are strictly by prior arrangement (fee charged £2.00 per day) and must vacate site by 8pm. Max 2 visitors per unit.

From 10pm- 8am the park must be quiet and voices lowered. No radios, music or shouting is permitted.
